JKPC participated in the 2014 Assembly Elections and won two seats from Handwara and Kupwara.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections, the party stood second in terms of votes polled in J&K.

In the 2020 DDC elections, JKPC won 8 seats and presently has 2 DDC Chairmans and 2 DDC Vice Chairman’s.
